I tried to contact Microsoft in Brazil, I talked to two attendants, and they told me Microsoft Brazil could do nothing for me because the PIN system is not used here, so I had to contact Microsoft in US. I did it, I was charged a real fortune calling from Brazil, due to the international phone call, and they weren't able to help me, and told me to contact Microsoftīy phone through 86. He even contacted the store in Orlando through telephone,īut they advised me to contact the more advanced Best Buy technical support through 1-800 number. I chat to the Best Buy technical support, and the guy wasn't able to help me.
